This was my aunt's house and I live in another state, which made having an estate sale very difficult. I searched the internet for estate sales companies and also took referrals from the estate lawyer. After e-mailing several different companies and asking lots of questions I decided to go with All-Clear and was so glad I did.. Kim was so patient and answered all my e-mails in a very timely manner. Kim and her staff put in MANY hours preparing for the sale as my Aunt's house was packed with antique furniture, collectibles, fine China, crystal, etc.. They did an excellent job of organizing the merchandise and also managing the sale itself. The advertising they did brought in a very large crowd and Kim managed the shoppers like the professional she is.
After the sale, Kim and her staff made arrangements to donate all usable items and then proceeded to clean out the house. They had come across some old photos that she made arrangements for a neighbor to keep until I could get them. There were also a lot of very old bank statements and other paperwork that she disposed of after contacting me for instructions on how to handle them. After everything was gone, they proceeded to sweep the floors, etc.
I was extremely happy with the service they provided. I would recommend them.

Kim was wonderful in helping plan an estate sale of our mother's home. She was trustworthy, compassionate and very fair in her commission. Everything went as planned. The time line that was laid out for the estate was adhered to and we could not have asked for it to be handled any differently. Kim met with us, quoted her service, we signed a contract and entrusted the house and keys to her. Kim and her company handled all pricing and cleaning out of items that could not be sold and that we did not want to keep. Anything that wasn't sold at the estate sale was packed up by this company and donated. Once again would recommend highly!
