Considering an Estate Sale at your property?
We cannot stress enough, do not throw away any items or try to decide what's good or not, leave that to us. This includes toiletries, broken items, dirty or rusty items, cleaning supplies, even used perfume and shampoo bottles (yes, people will buy a half-empty bottle of shampoo!). An Estate Sale is a tremendous recycling event.
Also, do not attempt to clean any old pieces (i.e. artwork or silver), which could potentially diminish the value.
