All that we ask of you is that you remove the items that you wish to keep from the home, or we will help you establish places in the home that will be cordoned off from the shoppers to store these items.  If we find sentimental items while setting up, we will set them aside for you.
SALE SETUP:
  • Unpack drawers, attics, crawl spaces, closets, sort and organize and display all of your items for the most efficient sale flow (we provide tables, bins, boxes, display cases), with high value items displayed securely.
  • EXTENSIVELY RESEARCH and identify items best sold through other means such as public auction, online auction or private dealer sale.
  • Sticker-price each sale item based on today's researched market values.
  • Display signage throughout the home designating sale flow and tape-off restricted areas.

MAXIMUM OUTREACH FOR HIGHEST RETURNS:
  • Advertising of your sale on the internet to over 10,000 subscribers with photographs, and in e-mails to our confidential customer base.  Hundreds of potential home-buyers will attend the sale!
  • Contacting individuals, collectors and dealers from our expansive database who have interest in particular items.
SALE DAYS:
  • Display road signs from closest major roadways to direct traffic to the sale.
  • Employ security personnel throughout the home to guard against theft.
  • Employ additional staff to assist with questions.
  • Wrap and bag items for customers.
  • Continuous inspection of home, and rearranging and tidying as items are sold.
  • Maintenance of a list of each item sold.

ADDITIONAL POST SALE SERVICES:
  • Donate unsold merchandise and obtain tax-deductible receipts from local charities.
  • Bag and remove all garbage to street.
  • Light sweep, vacuum, wiping and dusting of all exposed surfaces - leaving the home ALL-CLEAR and ready for sale!
  • Provide itemized list and certified proceeds check from on-site sale within 5 days of completion.
